Product Introduction
Silicone Structural Sealant is double component, especially designed for structure assembly with the properties of high and middle modulus, neutral curing ,high performance construction sealant, which has excellent ozone resistance, anti-ultraviolet irradiation and extreme temperature resistance (-40-150Cº), and has outstanding bonding performance to major construction material, glass and coating film glass; neutral curing, it has non-corrosiveness to major construction material; it forms silicone rubber after curing, it has outstanding weather and aging resistance.

Recommendation for Use
Please make compatibility test of bonding material before use, it could be constructed after confirm the product is ok.
The curing agent of silicone structural sealant must mix round before use. As the curing agent could react when contacting with the water in the air, it can’t exposure in air in long time.
The weight proportion of CY208 silicone structural sealant base compound and curing agent is 12.5:1, it could be changed before use, mix ratio: 10:1 – 16:1. Adjust freezing time (B component is more, the curing time is shorter; B component is less, the curing time is longer) , mix proportion need uniformly and no color shading. Mixed sealant in this range, its original substance will never has distinct changes.
Use Restriction
Not suitable for all effusion grease, plasticizer, solvent or frost and wet surface of substance.
In the high-temperature environment, it can’t construct when the surface temperature of base material is over 40°C.
Color and Package
A component base material of CY208 silicone structural sealant is white cream, packed by 190L standard iron barrel, B component(curing agent) is black and flowing paste, packed by 20L standard plastic barrel.
Storage
Please keep in the place below 27°C to extent the validity period of product, the validity period is 12 months.
